TRIP: Drove 716km… So yesterday, I had a spontaneous idea that I should take a drive to Elk Island National Park and to see if I can take some photographs of Buffalos. I quickly packed some of my camera gear and was on the road in a record time 🙂 This was my fist time charging at a Tesla Supercharger with Non-Tesla vehicle, using an adapter. It was a very simple process, plugged in and was automatically charged to my credit card, didn’t have to do anything else.

Charged next to Tesla Cybertruck.. Not a fan.. I think they should have at least made it larger.

Went for a little walk in the park.. as you can see there were not very many enthusiasts there 🙂

Just when I pretty much gave up on seeing any wild life, I did spot a buffalo 🙂

On my way home I was rewarded with a pretty nice sunset.

Driving electric cars for over 7 years, I don’t have “range anxiety” but this was as close as it gets. Arrived to this charger with 0 kilometres left and actually drove for 4.5 km with it showing 0… To be fair, the car did tell me that I’m not going to make it before I started to drive… Lesson here people, always listen to your car and you will be all good!
